The Concierge Services Coordinator
Minimum Qualifications:
Concierge will serve as the ambassador to the campus site assisting patients and visitors with a myriad of needs from point of entry to point of exit. Primary responsibilities will include: wayfinding/facility directions; providing patient information; assisting with internal/external transportation needs; troubleshooting questions, concerns and/or issues; training and mentoring assigned volunteers; maintaining desk resources and departmental manuals; as well as other duties as assigned. Concierge will be cross-trained in various areas to ensure continuity and quality of service.
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor‘s Degree or equivalent experience, Customer service experience, bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
Work Experience (Years and Area): 2+ years customer service, healthcare, or hospitality experience or combination of all three.
Equipment Operated: PC, multi-line phones, fax (basic office equip)
Special Requirements
Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contract), Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking), Bilingual Skills Required Languages: Spanish, Writing /Composing (Correspondence / Reports)
Other Skills: P.C., MS Word, MS Excel
Work Schedule: Weekends, Holidays, Flexible
Other Requirements: Healthcare experience preferred. Great Customer Service Skills
